The Sanitary District for the Collins area was established in 1963 and updated in 1991 and again in 2013.  There are 76 households in the sanitary district.

The large pond is 2.5 acres & 6 ft deep and holds approximately 4.5 million gallons of wastewater.  The small pond is .75 acres & 7.5 ft deep and holds approximately 950,000 gallons of wastewater.  The clean wastewater is discharged into Mud Creek per DNR approval.

 Town of Rockland Curb Side Trash and Recycling
