Bullhead Lake is a quiet, scenic, no wake lake which makes it a favorite among fishermen. The Lake is a small lake consisting of 67 acres and has one of the best fish populations and water quality in Manitowoc County.
Bullhead Lake is predominantly a large mouth Bass and Bluegill Lake. The DNR did a comprehensive study of Bullhead Lake and indicated the lake contains a good mix of game and Pan fish such as Perch, Crappies, Bluegills and a small population of Northern Pike and Walleye.
The Bullhead Lake Association and many of the Lake Property owners are involved in keeping the lake stocked with game fish and forage.
Also stated in the DNR report it said in part, “Bullhead Lake is a real asset to the community and is one of the highest quality water bodies in the area.”
